Data Processing Addendum request

Customers can request Leadpoet's current Data Processing Addendum for personal data processed through the service.

Email hello@leadpoet.com with your company name, Leadpoet account email, and the name and email of the person who can accept the agreement. Our team will confirm the version that applies to your service and provide signing instructions. Do not rely on an older draft or an unsigned copy.

The DPA covers processing roles, instructions, confidentiality, security measures, subprocessors, assistance with data-subject requests, incident notice, return or deletion, audit terms, and applicable international transfer terms.

This information page is not itself a Data Processing Addendum and does not change an existing agreement. A DPA applies only when accepted by the parties or incorporated into an applicable order form or service agreement.
