Can you find candidates for my open roles?
No. Leadpoet finds companies showing buying signals and the people to contact there, so recruitment agencies use it to win clients. It is not a candidate database.
How are you different from a staffing lead database?
Database tools give you filters and leave the list building to you. With Leadpoet you send a request, and we return companies that match it and show a current signal, such as a hiring surge, with the evidence for each one.
Do you work with my agency's CRM?
Yes. Export leads on any plan. On Accelerate and Scale, our HubSpot app adds your leads as new contacts and never changes existing ones. For other CRMs, ask us about webhooks and API access.
Can a small agency use Leadpoet without outreach?

Does a hiring signal mean the company will use an agency?
